On September 23, 2025, Palma Solutions JSC proudly commenced the construction of a rooftop solar project with a total capacity of 1,005.84 kWp at Phu Tan Industrial Park, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.

The project is invested by New Motion Industrial Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Frasers Property Vietnam, with the scope covering design, approval, installation, and long-term maintenance. Palma takes on the role of EPC contractor.

With a scale of more than 1 MWp, the project not only optimizes operational costs for businesses but also contributes to sustainable development goals, reducing greenhouse gas emissions in line with Vietnam’s Net Zero 2050 commitment.

Previously, Palma successfully implemented a rooftop solar system at the BDIP Industrial Service Center, with a capacity of 60.9 kWp, reducing over 67 tons of CO₂ annually – equivalent to planting more than 2,000 trees each year.

With the strong partnership of Frasers Property – a global real estate group placing sustainability at its core – Palma is confident that renewable energy projects will continue to expand, moving towards the vision of greening entire industrial zones in the near future.
