Position: Administrative – Human Resources Officer

Workplace: Company Office – No. 14, Street No. 5, Him Lam Residential Area, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1. Administration & Office Management

- Manage and allocate office supplies and administrative materials.

- Receive, submit for approval, and archive official documents and records; assist with printing, scanning, and document processing.

- Monitor and propose maintenance or repair of office equipment and facilities.

- Process administrative payments in accordance with the approved budget.

- Support guest reception, meeting room arrangements, and small-scale internal events.

1.2. Human Resources & Attendance

- Consolidate employee attendance data (especially for project teams); reconcile and submit payroll sheets for approval.

- Track employment contracts, probation periods, and personnel files; remind renewals and ensure proper documentation.

- Assist with basic HR procedures such as forms, requests, and personnel decisions.

- Coordinate with the HR Manager to update employee information and welfare programs.

1.3. Other Assigned Tasks

- Support periodic HR–administrative reporting.

- Contribute to internal communications activities.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in administration or office management.

- Time management: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

- Computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
