Position: Business Developer

Work location: Office-based position in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Preference is given to candidates born in 1995 or later.
• At least 2 years of B2B experience in the solar energy sector, including PPA, DPPA, or EPC models, or 3–5 years of B2B experience in industrial electrical equipment or factory construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with factory management teams and senior stakeholders, with strong consultative sales, solution advisory, and investment proposal presentation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of renewable energy business models; familiarity with IREC and Carbon Credits is considered a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required; professional working proficiency in English is expected.
