Position: Deputy Technical Manager

Work location: Office-based position in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, coordinate, and support the technical engineering team.
• Conduct surveys, design, and implementation of solar power systems.
• Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Review technical documents, prepare quantity take-offs, and support bidding activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure project progress and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical or M&E engineering.
• Experience in Solar Rooftop systems or M&E projects is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, PVsyst, SketchUp, and other related engineering software.
• Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for business trips when required.
